I love telling stories. Whether thats through ttrpgs like D&D, or telling my kids bedtime stories, weaving fantastic tales is my passion. I love making people feel things, and ttrpgs is my favorite way to do so. D&D is my favorite system, but I feel its only bias because I have the most experience with it. The worlds I can create, the tragedies, comedies, and everything in between that I can have players go through is why I love it so much. I'm branching out though, using Starfinder and the Marvel Multiverse RPG system. I have many stories yet to tell

I remember my first time playing D&D. It was 2016, at my middle school lunch table, with 8 people and 1 player's handbook. None of us understood the rules. We just threw dice at each other and made up something stupid. Now it's 2026, and I kind of know the rules, but nevertheless throw dice and love playing silly characters with my friends. Fantasy worlds have been a huge part of my life since my childhood, and much of my free time is spent immersing myself in lore, or making adventures for my own home games, whether that's writing, making maps, or printing and painting minis.

I enjoy the difficult choices TTRPGS can put before players and their characters; both through dynamic combat and within the story itself. I love discovery, mystery, and looking at the reasons someone might risk their life going down a hallway lined with death traps or a forest choked up with owlbears. My Favorite systems are Pathfinder 2nd Edition, Lancer, and Ryuutama.

Drama, suspense, tragedy, and heroism. These are the moments that make tabletop roleplaying games so unforgettable, and they're exactly why I love them.
One of my favorite things about TTRPGs is creating a story alongside other people. Every player's choices shape the adventure in unexpected ways, and everyone brings something unique to the table. From incredible character art and rich backstories to creative roleplay and distinctive fighting styles, every character adds a new layer to the world we're building together. My favorite systems are currently Pathfinder Second Edition and Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition / 5.5 Edition.

I first got into TTRPGs about 10 years ago. I had always loved writing stories, but I did not know much about tabletop roleplaying games until a friend told me about one they had played in. They described the wild adventures, strange choices, and memorable moments their group got into, and it immediately caught my interest.
At the time, I did not have a group to join, so I decided to learn the rules myself and run a game for my friends. I already had a weekly tabletop gaming group, so we decided to give it a shot. For my first campaign, I learned the basics of D&D and ran Dragon of Icespire Peak.
I quickly discovered that I loved both playing and running these games. What drew me in most was the chance to create worlds for other people to explore, then watch as their choices shaped those worlds for better or worse. There is something wonderful about seeing a story change at the table because of the players and the decisions they make.
Since then, I have mostly played D&D and Pathfinder, though I have also tried systems like Call of Cthulhu and GURPS. Currently, the system I enjoy running the most is Pathfinder 2e.

Sammael
Sammael fell in love with TTRPGs at the tender age of “Presapient mammal” playing D&D 3.5 with their father and his friends. They fell in love with slaying ogres and saving unicorns from goblin unicorn smugglers, yes; but mostly they fell in love with the stories these games tell. The way they bring people together to tell a tale greater than any of its parts. Now Sammael spends their time immersing themselves in the lore and worlds of as many systems as they can get their hands on, but their favorites Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2e, and the systems of the World of Darkness.
